Leadership Coaching
Your leadership coach will work one-on-one with you to challenge you to fulfill your professional and personal aspirations.
Working With Your Coach
You set the goals for this relationship. Your coach has two responsibilities, first, to help you identify your leadership development goals and second, to build a pathway that allows you to address your challenges in order to succeed.
Engaging a Leadership Coach is a sign that you recognize the importance of your leadership and potential to create more value for you and your business.
I have worked with MGL over the past 6 years. We have partnered with them on their Open Leadership Development Programs and have already seen great return on investment. So much so, that I have just agreed to send 2 more of my Senior Managers to the same program later this year.
