Making Great Leaders was born out of Tim Taylor’s work in skills development that started in 1993.

Over the past 16 years, Tim and his team have enjoyed great success developing and delivering leadership learning programmes for illustrious clients that include Coca-Cola, Reuters, CAT, Dell, Murphy’s Irish Stout, Smurfit Corporation, Prudential, HPFS, Motorola, Viridian IE Singapore, Singapore Airlines, INI, Eircom, BT and others.

In 2007 Tim formed the company Making Great Leaders Ltd. with a mission to focus solely on helping middle managers hone their leadership capabilities.

Today, we are developing a highly specialised consultancy and a series of leadership tools that will continue to allow us to help hundreds of high potential managers become better leaders.

We serve international clients by utilising a superb network of business mentors, coaches and associate consultants.

We invest heavily in rigourous design and delivery methodology, believing passionately in the principle of adult learning. This ensures each solution takes full advantage of the benefits of active learning to produce experiences that are memorable, stimulating and fun.
